WEST HAM STRIKER Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez has denied reports he wants to leave England to re-join Chivas.

The Mexico global joined the Hammers as a £16m signing in the off-season from Bayer Leverkusen and has bagged four goals in the Premier League this term.

With turmoil at his club, reports in Mexico stated the striker is looking to make a fresh start at Chivas and maintain his form ahead of this summer's World Cup.

Hernandez took to Twitter to calm fans who had reacted angrily to the reports of him wanting to leave. I am 100 per cent committed to helping improve the situation we are experiencing all at West Ham.

"As I've always said, I'm a Chivas supporter at heart, but I have absolutely never requested to leave West Ham".

Hernandez is now injured, and will miss Sunday's trip to Watford.

The ESPN FC panel assess whether or not David Moyes can organise West Ham and get them out of the relegation zone. David Moyes was appointed the team's new manager over the worldwide break and will coach his first match this weekend.

The former Real Madrid striker has only managed to score four goals in 13 appearances for the Irons so far this season, and had to contend with being played out of position on occasion by Bilic in order to accommodate Andy Carroll or Diafra Sakho.
