Apple could launch a bigger iPhone X Plus next year, report says

With Apple's release of the brand new iPhone X, you would think they would be slowing down and perhaps focus on fixing the arising bugs that have plagued their latest software and new device.

KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo wrote a new report about Apple's plans for next year.

The successor of the iPhone X could be roughly the same size and shape. They'll all have edge-to-edge displays with a notch. The issue with the audio was mentioned on Twitter and Reddit, where several iPhone X users said that the buzzing or crackling sounds appear whenever the volume is cranked up to high or maximum during a phone call, while playing music or a video, or when a ringtone or alarm go off.

The iPhone X now offers a 5.8-inch display, which is bigger than the iPhone 8 Plus and previous "Plus" models - which feature a 5.5-inch display. KGI predicts the 6.1-inch LCD will start between $649 and $749 to address the low-end to midrange markets thanks to a lower resolution display and cheaper build materials. It actually feels smaller and more akin to the standard iPhone 8. It is unlikely for iPhone to create the iPhone X2 since the device is meant to celebrate a milestone achieved by Apple. But there will be tradeoffs.

It could have a 6.1-inch display, which would make it slightly bigger than the iPhone X. And it could have all the sensors for Face ID and face tracking.

Of course it is still early for 2018 so this may all be tentative but expect Apple to release some news regarding these models in 2018.
