Rose McGowan back on Twitter

On its website, Twitter notes that it may temporarily lock accounts engaging in "abusive behavior" on the platform. "TWITTER HAS SUSPENDED ME", she wrote. "I said I was the proof". He said it hadn't been proven. "I called my attorney and said I want to get my script back, but before I could, Amazon Studios called to say my show was dead". She sent a second tweet claiming that she and Affleck directly spoke about Weinstein's alleged assault during the production of Scream. It's unclear what movie McGowan is referring to. McGowan has been pointing her finger at all the people who kept that open secret or looked the other way for so many years. In order to begin the 12-hour suspension, the message told her to delete tweets that violated the company's rules.

Representatives for Amazon did not immediately respond to request for comment.

Amazon and The Weinstein Co. are partners on two forthcoming streaming TV series. "We will be clearer about these policies and decisions in the future".

McGowan spoke previous year about being raped by an unnamed studio head, but did not name Weinstein.

McGowan has since criticised other major Hollywood figures for failing to confront Weinstein, at one point tweeting: "You all knew". Some observers thought she was talking about Weinstein, but she never said so explicitly. Last week, he told the New York Times: "I appreciate the way I've behaved with colleagues in the past has caused a lot of pain, and I sincerely apologize for it".

Rose McGowan (at a Los Angeles event last month) settled with Weinstein after an alleged assault in 1997.

Farrow was investigating Weinstein for NBC. "BE MY VOICE", McGowan wrote.

ET has reached out to McGowan and Bezos for comment.

Her account of the producer demanding a naked massage became public in a New Yorker story published this week.

Many have called Twitter's harassment rules and enforcement arbitrary because they allow President Trump to blast senators with taunts like "Liddle Corker" or call Mika Brzezinski "Low I.Q. Crazy Mika". But she had to later retract that interview, reportedly telling Farrow, "the legal angle is coming at me and I have no recourse" due to a non-disclosure agreement.
