Pink says former rival Christina Aguilera once tried to punch her

Pink and Christina Aguilera don't seem to have any beef with each other these days, but that wasn't always the case.

The rebellious pop star publicly criticised the Your Body singer throughout the early noughties, and the pair regularly exchanged heated words through interviews and on red carpets.

Pink revealed in a Thursday episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that her feud with Christina Aguilera once almost got physical - but that it was Aguilera who instigated it. "It's not taught to us on the playground", Pink revealed to Cohen. "I'm used to taking my altercations physical and she's used to having them verbal and we just are very different". Hilarious!" she continued. "I was like, 'What's happening right now?

The pair collaborated on the tune Lady Marmalade in 2001, but fell out over the handsome singer's move to work with Pink's mentor, the songwriter Linda Perry. She praised her talent and said that looking back on their feud, it was really silly and amusing. "We made up on The Voice", she said. I mean, it was amusing.

Pink now concedes that part of the problem was that they were both young, "very different" and "alpha". "We grew up and we hugged it out". It's that simple and I feel so good about that. "What are you - what's happening?'" she recounted.

The singer added that the time apart had aided in coming back together: "We became moms".

Pink has been performing on stage since she was 14 years old.

Pink shared a message on Twitter that seemingly took aim at Kardashian West for using her sexuality to get attention instead of her 'brains, ' 'strength, ' or 'work ethic'.

She told the host: "Honestly, she went in on Bette Midler, and if you go in on Bette Midler, you're probably gonna hear from me".
