Marilyn Manson Injured Onstage in NY

Marilyn Manson has been crushed by a falling prop at his New York City concert.

The 48-year-old was in the middle of his concert, performing the song 'Sweet Dreams, ' when the props, which were described by witnesses as giant pistols, fell on top of him.

A statement from the singer's rep says, "Manson suffered an injury towards the end of an incredible NYC show".

Marilyn Manson is being treated at a NY hospital after being injured by a large state prop at his Hammerstein Ballroom concert tonight (Sept. 30). "He is being treated at a local hospital", a spokesperson for the performer told Rolling Stone.

Marilyn Manson is seen in between the two guns trying to climb a ladder which ran between them.

At this time, we do not know details of Manson's injuries.

As expected after Saturday night's incident, the rest of the concert was canceled.

He had been onstage for around an hour and 20 minutes when the accident occurred. According to sources at the show, it took several minutes to get him out from underneath the prop.

His crew rushed to his aid and shortly after EMT workers attended to him. Loudwire quoted Manson as saying at that performance, "I just broke my ankle, but it's okay because [opening act] Alice Glass is going to fill in for me".
