The phone comes with a 5.20-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels. Here is the kicker though, the Intex Aqua Lions X1 and X1+ are supposed to be shatterproof which means you will be hard pressed to break the screen in the first place. The major highlight of both the smartphones are the shatterproof displays, which the company claims can withstand drops.
Both the smartphones feature a shatterproof display while Intex has also thrown in a one-time screen replacement warranty valid for a year.
Apparently, the new devices both feature nearly the same set of specifications including 5.2-inch HD (720×1280 pixels) IPS display, 4G with VoLTE support, Android 7.0 Nougat, 2800mAh battery, 13-megapixel rear camera, and 5-megapixel front sensor.
The Intex Aqua Lions X1 offers 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, whereas the Aqua Lions X1 Plus packs 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. Users also get Reliance Jio data up to 25 GB for 6 months while buying either smartphone. Under the hood is the 64-bit MediaTek MT6737 quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz and Mali-T720 GPU. Both devices come with expandable storages via microSD card (up to 128GB). On the rear, we get a 13 MP unit with an LED flash while a 5 MP selfie shooter lies on the front. Both the devices will be available in Glossy Black, Champagne, and Blue color options.
The smartphones also include pre-loaded feature services like the DataBack, Prime Videos, MiFon Security, and Swiftkey. Both of them measures 150 x 74.4 x 9.0 mm and weighs 170 grams. The devices include dual SIM slots and support 4G VoLTE on any one of the two SIM's. You get the same connectivity options like Wi-Fi, microUSB and Bluetooth.
