'I think you don't appreciate him' - Bilic believes Hart deserves better

West Ham have told Diafra Sakho they will hand him a new contract if he continues to perform

Diafra Sakho is set to be offered another chance to prove himself in a West Ham United shirt according to manager Slaven Bilic.

The goalkeeper, England's long-term first choice and on loan from Manchester City to West Ham, kept a clean sheet and was named man of the match in his most recent global appearance against Slovenia.

"I think it'd be unrealistic for me to say that I knew this would happen, because I didn't", he said.

"Has he become an easy target? Yes".

"The Hammers are undoubtedly in for a tough afternoon, but I'll take a point ahead of the important games with Brighton & Hove Albion and Crystal Palace". If it was anyone else keeping in that situation, nobody would say it was a penalty.

Javier Hernandez appears to be taking a while to fully settle in at West Ham United. I have that feeling at this moment. "I'm expecting him to be available".

Obiang says the Hammers' squad not on worldwide duty were put through their paces over the two-week domestic break as Slaven Bilic's side aim to record back-to-back wins following the victory over Swansea last month.

"Joe Hart is a great professional and long-term number one goalkeeper for England who in the Euros and in (the 2014 World Cup in) Brazil also I don't remember many mistakes, and I do remember some great saves".

The first two months of the Premier League season have seen Burnley emerge as the division's surprise package.

West Ham have beaten Burnley home and away in their last four meetings, but Dyche is confident his team can build on their strong start.
