BLU Products introduced a new smartphone Vivo

But on the front panel there is a 20-Megapixel camera, Super-Selfie, which is accompanied by a flash. The model name of the smartphone might suggest that the US based company, Blu Products has made the new Blu Vivo 8L smartphone in a collaboration with Chinese smartphone company Vivo.

If you are looking for selfie centered smartphone in the Indian market, you can consider Android handsets from OPPO and Vivo. Carried a sticker price of US$ 199.99 (approximately Rs 13,000), the Blu Vivo 8L is now already made available for purchase in the United States via the e-commerce website Amazon.com in Midnight Black colour option.

The Vivo 8L is preinstalled with Android 7.0 Nougat.

The mid-range smartphone is available with a pricing of $149 on Amazon. Vivo 8L sports a unibody metal design and shares a close resemblance to a number of Chinese smartphones from brands such as Gionee, Huawei and Xiaomi.


The MediaTek MT6753 chipset powers the Vivo 8L along with 3 GB of RAM. The amount of RAM is 3 GB, and internal - 32 GB, expandable with a slot for microSD cards. It is an unlocked GSM phone that will work on networks like AT&T, T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket and StraightTalk.

On the optics front, the smartphone is occupied with a 3-megapixel Sony IMX258 sensor (as reported) that comes with an aperture of f/2.0. For additional features, the device offers split screen function and has a fingerprint sensor at the back. The front-facing camera has a higher resolution than the rear camera, oddly enough. It has f2.0 aperture and an LED flash.

For audio, the Vivo 8L is equipped with the MAXXAudio technology. The juice comes from a powerful battery of 4,000mAh capacity that is capable of 32 hours of talk time. Sensors on the smartphone include an Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, Proximity sensor, Fingerprint (rear-mounted) sensor and a Gyroscope sensor. As for the size, they make up 150,5 x x 74,4 x 8.0 mm and weighs 161 grams.
