Ubisoft recently announced that Tom Clancy's The Division is having a free weekend for PC gamers.

If you have a Uplay account, you can start pre-loading the game today so that you'll be read to roll on Thursday. In other words, those who consider purchasing the game will save up to 60%. Players who will try the free game will enjoy the whole base game, as well as the campaigns and the Dark Zone. Therefore, if purchased, all progress will be carried over into the full game.

Once again, the Division free weekend is PC exclusive, so if you have a computer that can run the game you'll be able to start playing it on Thursday and will have until Sunday to play it.

There are lots of things to look forward to in the third-person shooter title from Ubisoft. The Standard and the Gold Edition, as well as the Season Pass, will be on sale for a limited time.

In fact, the developer is preparing to release more contents and numerous assets in the next update.

The developer is now working on Update 1.8 aka Resistance for The Division which will bring a new Horde mode, new Zones to explore and much more. The latter will bring a new PvE mode, a new PvP Skirmish mode, a West Side Pier map area, and a new social club named Camp Clinton.

Online action role-playing game Tom Clancy's The Division hit PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 8, 2016. This update will be made available to all players for free.
