TGS 2017: Sony's Biggest Announcements During Its PlayStation Event

Final Fantasy fans were treated with multiple announcements, including the news that Final Fantasy IX will be released for PlayStation 4 today, complete with HD cutscenes and character models. It is being developed by Square Enix and has some veteran designers at the helm.

Capcom has confirmed that "Monster Hunter World" will be released worldwide for the PS4 on January 26, 2018. The port of the original released in 2000 is now available on the PlayStation store.

This special edition consists on a 1Tb PS4 Pro in black with a special design on the top, a series of symbols at the front, and a Dualshock 4 controller in red also featuring special art motives from the game. It has now been ported to the Windows PC, Android and iOS device a year ago. Unlike the PS3 remaster, "Shadow of the Colossus" for the PS4 is a full blown remake meaning that it has been remade from the ground up. It is coming September 20th for PlayStation Plus subscribers.
