Nokia 8 to arrive in India this week: launch date, price, availability

Amid the much awaiting for Nokia 8 global release to take place. However, an upgraded variant of Nokia 8 with 6GB RAM/ 128GB ROM was spotted on Federal Communications Commission (FCC)'s listing in the US.

The premium Nokia 8 model is directly focused towards high-ranged budgets and it will more likely be quite expensive. The availability of the upgraded variant of the smartphone in the other countries remains unknown for now.

To refresh on the Nokia 8 specs, the smartphone is fitted with a 5.3-inch 2K display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution.

An octa-core Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 (4×2.45 GHz Kryo & 4×1.9 GHz Kryo) along with Adreno 540 GPU powers this device. Nokia 8's rear side is equipped with two 13MP Zeiss Optics, dual-tone LED flash sensors which snap incredible photos. On the front, it hosts a selfie camera of 13MP.

There's now no information on exactly when the variant will arrive in other key markets around the world, including the USA, where even the standard Nokia 8 isn't available yet. The phone will be powered by Android 7.0 Nougat and the users will soon be able to update to Android Oreo, as per the report.

Until it gets officially announced nothing can be precisely proclaimed.

This is the smartphone that now holds the title of being Nokia's flagship device. Unfortunately, the availability of device in other nations are now uncertain.
