Shah, beginning his three day tour to Bengal, said sky is the limit for BJP and claimed that the party can think it has touched the sky once it succeeds in forming the government here.

These leaders would provide guidance to state BJPs media and social media team at Gandhinagar tomorrow, said Gujarat BJP spokesperson Bharat Pandya here today.

Amit Shah is on a three day visit to Kolkata.

On Tuesday, Shah is scheduled to interact with party workers who were allegedly attacked by TMC members.

Ghosh said that the party chief told them that the only formula for increasing the BJP's base in Bengal is to build an "active organization".

Arun Jaitely, while addressing the workshop, said, "Workers, who turns aggressive while talking about the party with media, need to develop skill of being gentle".

He said the BJP chief is now studying Maratha history so that he could bring the "original history" in front of people through the book.

"He has asked us to hit back whenever the Trinamool commits atrocities and not get disheartened. The ultimate goal of BJP would be to form government in states like West Bengal", BJP state General Secretary Sayantan Basu told IANS after a closed-door party leaders' meeting addresed by Shah at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations auditorium here.

Partha Chatterjee, state parliamentary affairs minister, said "We are not afraid of BJP. Party leaders need to be more vocal and expose the state government more forcefully". The BJP president can encourage his party workers to spread their base in West Bengal. "The people of West Bengal hate communal politics". "Our party president is well aware of the present political situation in Bengal", state BJP president Dilip Ghosh told reporters after a four-hour-long closed door meet here, according to a PTI report. Till now the state government has failed to arrest any leader in connection with the Basirhat riot that occurred a few months back.
