Volusia County's curfew goes into effect a little later at 9 p.m. Sunday and runs through noon Monday.
"The curfew, persons are prohibited from being on public streets, highways, parks or other public places", the Seminole County press release read. "Law enforcement will be working diligently to ensure that everyone's property is safe from the criminal element during the evacuation".
A curfew order is in effect for Taylor County from 7 p.m. Sunday until 7 a.m. tomorrow morning due to security and safety concerns. The curfew applies to everyone, with the exception of those searching for medical assistance, food, or emergency personnel.
As of 7 p.m. Saturday, Seminole and Orange were the only counties in Central Florida to issue a curfew, although officials are considering them. Hurricane Irma's winds are expected to be at their peak Monday at 2 a.m.
