BTS collaborates with The Chainsmokers for upcoming album 'Love Yourself'

The seven-member act's agency, BigHit Entertainment, announced today that BTS is collaborating with Andrew Taggart, one half of the USA electronic duo The Chainsmokers', on a track in the album. The K-pop group co-wrote a song with The Chainsmokers after meeting the duo at the awards show.

"On Monday morning, a report on The Korea Herald stated that BTS" rappers-Rap Monster, Suga, and J-Hope-has collaborated with American artist The Chainsmokers' Andrew Taggart for a track in their comeback album. "Billboard, who kindly translated, reports that Chainsmokers" Andrew Taggart teamed up with BTS" rappers Rap Monster, Suga, and J-Hope on a new track called "Best of Me, ' which lies in the vein of the USA duo's signature pop-EDM. The Chainsmokers teased a future collaboration while sharing a photo with the boy band on Twitter ahead of the awards show.

"Best of Me" marks BTS' first project with an American act.

Award-winning South Korean boy group BTS has great news for its fans who are anticipating the release of its fifth EP Love Yourself 承 "Her" on Sept 18. The K-Pop band have been gaining a whirlwind of popularity in the USA, winning Top Social Artist at the Billboard Music Awards this summer. The team also released a long trailer of one of the album's track, Serendipity.
