Apple iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus launch

In the last few days, Apple's iOS firmware revealed that the company will launch anniversary edition iPhone X, iPhone 8, and iPhone 8 Plus. It's unfortunate that Apple couldn't keep the lid on the new iPhone, but it will be interesting to see what, if anything, Apple chooses to do about the amount of revealing information it hides inside its own code moving forward. Apple will stick with the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch LCD display on these smartphones. Rumors suggest it could have wireless charging, no home button and facial recognition ID - called Face ID.

Apple will be out on the 12 September and this Keynote event or the iPhone X will take place at 10.00 AM Pacific Time (PDT) which is 10.30 PM IST in India.

One of the highlights will be the announcement of a new iPhone, which has been billed as a 10th-anniversary phone.

As for the iPhone X, it will supposedly come with a huge A11 processor, with six cores. Naming still remains anyone's guess, but two of these devices would be the logical successors to the current iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. We had yesterday talked about the new devices and how much RAM they would have. According to a new leak, Apple will also be breathing new life into its iPod lineup with a new iPod Touch. Apple iPhone X will start at 64GB storage with 256GB and 512GB versions also expected. Interestingly new features like Face ID, Animojis etc have also been leaked for the upcoming iPhone.

When will the Apple event 2017 begin?

"During that time, the smartphone market has gone from huge growth potential to achieving scale, and now the biggest competition for a new iPhone model is often old iPhone models as the audience needs to be convinced an upgrade is warranted". As far as the camera is concerned, the iPhone 8 is rumored to have a dual-lens 12 MP camera capable of optical zoom and blurring the background of shots for a broken effect.

Coming to the second major leak about iOS 11, it is about the iPhone 8. On the bright side though, Apple made a decision to compensate for that by developing a new Face ID recognition software.

Specifically speaking, an updated Apple Watch Companion app shows the device with a red digital crown, which indicates that this is a refreshed model which is most likely to be launched as the Apple Watch Series 3.
