Sony has now announced an official release date for their upcoming Spider-Man spinoff Silver and Black. While Marvel Studios has gotten their MCU schedule down to a science, Sony's always had some trouble with ambitious ideas that don't pan out - just recently, the Amazing Spider-Mandirector spoke about the Sinister Six and Amazing Spider-Man 3 movies that Sony cancelled outright, and Sony's been trying to get Venommade for years. Get the Silver and Black release date and more information below. Silver and Black, the Silver Sable/Black Cat superhero movie directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, will be released in the United States 8 February 2019. Venom is the first film in this still-untitled Marvel Universe Sony is starting to create that centres on Spider-Man villains, but doesn't contain Spider-Man. According to ThatHashtagShow, the Eastern European mercenary Silver Sable will be the actual protagonist, who's hired to track down master thief Black Cat after she stole from "the wrong people". On the other, Silver and Black will be written & directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, so consider my calendar marked. The next installment of "Bad Boys", "Bad Boys For Life" has moved to November 19, 2018.
Next, Sony Pictures also brought some bad news for Bad Boys fans eagerly awaiting a reunion of Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. Breaking Bad director Michelle MacLaren's feature film debut The Nightingale will arrive on January 25, 2019 instead of the previous August 2018 date, and the comedy Holmes and Watson with Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly as the detective duo (respectively) will now arrive on November 9, 2018 instead of the previously set August 2018 date. Silver has also has had several run-ins with Spider-Man.
