"March of previous year, game director Hajime Tabata revealed the possibility of a PC port of their then console exclusive "#Final Fantasy 15". But now, the same game is going to hit the Windows PCs as per the recent official announcement.

This version of the game is expected to arrive in Fall 2017.

There's no specific date, but the San Francisco Game Developers Conference (GDC) in March 2018 seems a promising time frame.
Tabata didn't mention Nintendo Switch by name but, hinted towards it by saying that they might be bringing Final Fantasy XV to a console whose name is very similar to Twitch.
