Holy Crap, Hellboy's Coming To Injustice 2

Injustice 2 Hellboy

Fighter Pack 2 is a little odd, especially when compared to the previous one. Apparently, the Right Hand of Doom exists on one of those infinite earths, because Hellboy is part of a crop of new fighters coming to Injustice 2.

Much like the announcement trailer that introduced Starfire, Sub-Zero, and Red Hood, this new trailer primarily exists to hype up the inclusion of Raiden, Black Manta, and Hellboy. Raiden emerges from the shadows with Black Manta slowly approaching him. This is the first time all three have appeared in the Injustice series. These links leave Siliconera.

Injustice 2's Fighter Pack 1 is now available to purchase separately and includes Red Hood, Starfire and Sub-Zero from Mortal Kombat (who were each detailed separately).

Fans of Injustice 2 have been speculating Hellboy's entry for quite awhile now; months before the game's release in November 2016, game director Ed Boon tweeted out a poll asking for the best "non-MK" (Mortal Kombat) guest characters for Injustice 2.

Fighter Pack 2 featuring Black Manta, Raiden and Hellboy will also be available to players who purchased the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition.

Players who purchased the Injustice 2 Ultimate Edition, the Injustice 2 Ultimate Pack, or the Injustice 2 Fighter Pack 2 will have early access to each of the three new fighters before they are made available a la carte.

The start of Fighter Pack 2 is not far away, so we will likely be seeing the NRS crew conduct a live stream the show of the first character within the next two weeks or so.

Injustice 2 was released on May 16 for PS4 and Xbox One.
