Keira rose to global fame when she starred in 2003′s Pirates Of The Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl alongside Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow and Orlando Bloom as Will Turner.
Keira Knightley has made a surprise - and very brief - appearance in a new trailer for the fifth Pirates Of The Caribbeanfilm, confirming her return to the franchise.
While her addition to the cast had been previously rumoured, a recent global trailer for "Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge" confirmed Knightley's appearance in the film. She was missing from Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, the fourth installment of the franchise.
Even so, many fans are excited for the impending reunion of Elizabeth, Will and Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), and this may indicate that "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" may be even better than its predecessor. Jack's only hope of survival lies in the legendary Trident of Poseidon, but to find it he must forge an uneasy alliance with Carina Smyth (Kaya Scodelario), a brilliant and attractive astronomer, and Henry (Brenton Thwaites), a headstrong young sailor in the Royal Navy. The film is titled Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge in India. With this curse, Will would only be able to see his wife, Elizabeth, once every ten years.
The actress's involvement in the latest instalment had not yet been revealed, but the newly-released teaser sees her reprising her role as Elizabeth Swann after a 10-year absence.
According to The Independent, a previous trailer for "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" already indicated Orlando Bloom's return as Will Turner.
